Subscription Terms
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments of Caspian & Grey GHK-Cu Peptide Serum at the delivery frequency you select during checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless your subscription is canceled in accordance with the terms below.
Minimum Commitment
Subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) billing cycles before they become eligible for cancellation. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to purchase at least the initial order and one subsequent renewal.
After the second billing cycle has been processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal.
Subscription Management
After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, customers may:
- Cancel future renewals
- Change delivery frequency
- Update shipping information
- Update payment information
Changes must be made before the next scheduled billing date to take effect.
Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected delivery schedule. You will receive an order confirmation for each renewal.
Refunds
Subscription renewals are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
